Pancreas has different types of cell which can lead to various forms of tumors. The most common type of tumor arises from the cells which line the pancreatic duct. There are usually no early symptoms of pancreatic cancer which makes it difficult to diagnose and treat it on time.

Another way is endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in which the camera is fixed on a flexible pipe which is passed through the patient’s mouth to the intestine.
